We did a search for Beats Headphones by Dr. Dre and a website came up - www.beatsheadphones2u.com, which purported to sell the Mixr headphones for $160. We ordered a set, but it didn't appear that the order had been processed. When I went back to the website to get more information (to call them, to contact them, etc.), it would never let me finish and would "time out". So far, the charge has not appeared on my bank statement, but I will keep checking.
