I am in the United Kingdom, it will not let me enter a UK postcode

Bought off ebay item number 310823457570 they arrived with no packaging. They feel inferior in quality it says made in the USA also Made in the E.U. they have chinese writing on. they do not look like original Duracell. After around 5 hours after putting them in a smoke alarm, the low battery warning bleep started, i opened up the smoke alarm, and the bottom had blown out of the battery.
