All items don't appear authentic. Very low quality and does not work with the Beats App. The packaging inside is different from unboxing videos. The lid does not stay open on charging case like it is supposed to. No point did the listing show any Chinese writings on package and there was no mention of this item being a knock-off. Case was also dusty despite being "new." Internal box had scuffs and was dirty. The package was wrapped in cellophane to look as if it were "new" and authentic.
