I guess he does it with different concerts!
The scammer is a black man around it's 40's, looks friendly and brings the tickets in an envelope. He doesn't look anxious and explains you where the tickets are coming from. He shakes hands and is very educated.

The interaction through email is quick and he pushes to meet the same day.
