I recently ordered victoria secret products online from an 'Official vs website'. However I received the goods and they were all fakes. Who can I contact to report this company ripping me and Victoria secret off? They are refusing to refund me also.
I'm really upset. I genuinely thought it was a Victoria secret website. The items even came in a Victoria secret box were in Chinese postage when they arrived.
The website even looks genuine.
