The packaging was plain. Didn't have the name Duracell on the package. The package said best if used by March 2017, yet on the battery printed Mar 2019. Battery has oriental writing on it. Back of package has made in China, printed in USA. the batteries inside package were wrapped in plastic with 2 batteries in each package.
