Amazon has a problem, a big problem, and it's obvious when you know where to look. Amazon's product review system is awash in fraud, paid endorsements, and particularly troubling manipulation by the e-commerce juggernaut itself.

Amazon is an enabler, facilitator and direct seller of counterfeit and fraudulent merchandise. Amazon's nefarious activities drew the ire of a Federal Judge Otis D. Wright II who issued an injunction against Amazon barring counterfeit sales.

Amazon has long skirted liability for third-party sales of dangerous, fake, and fraudulent products, leaving injured consumers without recourse or compensation. A CA appellate court ends the practice.
