These products typically appear for one of two reasons;
The first is that someone is intentionally using our name, product numbers, images and other resources to sell a lesser quality product.
The second is that some sites allow you to 'Sell one like this' and do not actually verify that you are selling the same item until after they receive enough complaints from buyers.
Luckily, we have so far seen very few cases of this and currently only on Amazon. Since Amazon considers this unintentional, they are very slow and hesitant to take action. We have successfully had our images removed from these ads twice and are working towards a more permanent solution.
The main difference is the quality of the sink and finish. Unfortunately, if they are listed with our product numbers and pictures you may not be able to tell from the ad. ALWAYS check user feedback before purchasing an item. If they are mis-representing their products, it is most likely not a first and you can see that from the user feedback.
