The counterfeit packages utilize Sanyo's trademarks and copyrighted material without Sanyo's authorization, and sales of such products infringe trademark rights and copyrights in many countries.

Sanyo offers the eneloop battery in a 1000 rechargeable and 1500 rechargeable.
The 1500 battery has a gray top (in the Green/Blue package pictured) and the 1000 (in the Blue/Orange package pictured) has a white top.
