What appears to be a camera shown here at the left, is advertised on a popular counterfeit product website for just $6.39 (including free shipping to the USA).
In fact, what a disappointed and deceived buyer would receive is a USB Flash Drive product that looks like a camera, complete with counterfeit trademarked branding.
Sony does NOT make this flash drive product or anything like it, and it is an infringement on Sony's trademark.
This seller advertised the same product on the same webpage advertisement, displaying globally recognized and trademarked Nikon and Canon branding.
While we hope that most consumers would recognize they aren't going to get a Canon, Nikon or Sony digital camera for $6, (with free shipping), these products often end up at secondary resellers advertised as authentic items.
Counterfeiting applies to any desirable or needed item, including cameras. It is a worldwide industry and just about anything you can imagine is being counterfeited. Buyer beware.
Appearing to be a micro camera, it is actually a counterfeit USB Flash Drive displaying the Sony trademarked branding.
This product is not authorized or manufactured by Sony and may damage your equipment. (photo: Sony)
Displaying the trademarked Sony branding, this appears to be a digital camera, but is a USB Flash Drive. It is not a product manufactured or authorized by Sony. It is counterfeit.
Same product on the same webpage advertisement, with the trademarked Nikon branding.
The same product again, on the same website ad, here with the trademarked Canon branding.
