NSF is warning consumers that Al-Rashid Technologies Artec Reverse Osmosis products are in violation of NSF certification and/or registration policies. The NSF mark assures consumers, retailers and regulators that products have been rigorously tested to comply with all standard requirements.
Al-Rashid Technologies is using the NSF registered trademark on their ARTEC reverse osmosis product. They have no NSF-certified products.
Artec has engaged in the unauthorized use or misuse of the registered NSF certification mark on products, packaging, literature, websites or advertising. Implication or misleading language that products are NSF certified when they are not is a violation of NSF registration policies and prohibited. (Issued: April 15, 2014)
