Chinese counterfeiters are producing low quality copies of the popular and patented UpLULA™ universal pistol magazine loaders and offering them for sale on Amazon and eBay.
Commingling of the genuine and counterfeit loaders in the same Amazon inventory bin may result in consumers receiving counterfeit products from Amazon. Please refrain from ordering loaders from Amazon until further notice.
Be cautious of counterfeits at weekend gun shows and markets. Chinese knockoffs are very similar to our own authentic products and have the deceiving UpLULA trademark and ‘Made in Israel’ markings embedded on the product and printed on the product blister packaging.
If you purchased a counterfeit from an e-commerce website (including eBay, AliExpress or Amazon) always keep the counterfeit product as proof for your dispute, and for the manufacturer or authorities. If the counterfeit is returned, the seller will claim it is not counterfeit, or re-sell it to another unsuspecting consumer. Dispute the purchase with the e-commerce website and open a refund claim.
If you are denied the refund, contact your credit-card company and dispute the charges -- you have the counterfeit product as proof. Leave negative "Counterfeit" feedback for the seller and product.
